Electroplating available particle size range: 50/60-325/400
Electroless plating available size range: 5um-60μm
Application areas
Electroplated nickel products: mainly used for resin binder, wet grinding products, effectively improve the holding force, has good heat dissipation characteristics, to prevent carbonization in high-speed cutting.
Electroless nickel plating products: The particles deposit metal on the diamond surface through the oxidation-reduction reaction of the self-catalytic process under the condition of no applied current, thus forming a uniform and dense nickel plating layer, which is mainly used in diamond wire saws.
